Vanessa saw my disappointment with the room and I explained that we were celebrating a wedding and will be taking Bridal Morning photos in the room. We managed to take great pictures there and had several phenomenal breakfasts with views of Vesuvius. We had a room with balcony on the top floor, and which is a bit smaller (at least it feels like this) that the ones downstairs, but the balcony was gorgeous and very private. you can get complimentary coffee/tea, snacks, fruit, beer, Prosecco and even Aperol Spritz!įRANCO always did a fabulous job taking care of our party and it was a pleasure to chat with him.Īs we checked in, VANESSA took us to our room. Right behind the main lobby there is a CLUB LOUNGE, where every day from 10 a.m. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted and welcomed into the hotel right at the gate - I didn’t capture the name of the gentleman unfortunately but he was very accommodating and met us with a smile every day!įrom there BLENDI (the bellman) took care of our luggage and invited us into the lobby, which is the most tasteful and exquisite hotel lobby I’ve ever seen in my life so far (see pics), and I do travel a lot!
